Our online shop accepts payment via Credit Card or Paypal

Credit Card

We accept Visa or Mastercard.  Payments are securely processed by the National Australia Bank (NABTransact). Your payments details are protected during transmission using 256bit SSL encryption. We do not store any part of your credit card number, expiry date or ccv number on our server.

Paypal

Payments are securely processed by the Paypal payment portal. You do not require a Paypal account to purchase online. For more information visit https://www.paypal.com/au

Payment of goods will be processed at the time of ordering online.

Delivery Information

We only accept orders from and ship to Australian addresses. International orders are not accepted. 

We use Australia Post standard postage service to deliver your products within Australia.  We do not offer shipping insurance.

Products will be delivered within 2 - 7 working days depending on the postcode area.

The shipping cost is determined by the total value of products purchased (including GST if applicable).

Returns Policy

Danes Specialty Coffee reserve the right to refuse to refund should you change your mind. Claims should be reported to Danes Specialty Coffee within 3 days of the receipt of the goods and all claims must be approved prior to the return of the product, along with a copy of the invoice. All items returned must be in their original packaging or will not be accepted for return. No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods. Danes Specialty Coffee will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold.
